  1048 JOURNAL OF THE SENATE 86th Day
  Senator Iverson filed the following motion to reconsider from the
  floor and moved its adoption:

  MADAM PRESIDENT: I move to reconsider the vote by which amendment S-3386
  to Senate File 533 was adopted by the Senate on April 8, 1997.

  A record roll call was requested.

  On the question "Shall the motion to reconsider be adopted?" (S.F.
  533) the vote was:

  Rule 23, requiring all Senators present to vote except those who
  express a conflict of interest, was invoked.

  The motion prevailed and amendment S-3386 was taken up for
  reconsideration.

  Senator Bartz moved the adoption of amendment S-3386.

  A record roll call was requested.
