  Senator Bartz offered amendment S-3386 filed by Senators Bartz
  and Flynn on April 7, 1997, to page 16 of the bill and moved its
  adoption.

  A record roll call was requested.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-3386 be adopted?" (S.F. 533)
  the vote was:

  express a conflict of interest, was invoked.
