  Senator Vilsack offered amendment S-3428 filed by him from the
  floor to page 3 of the bill and moved its adoption.

  Amendment S-3428 was adopted by a voice vote.

  Senator Szymoniak withdrew amendment S-3409 filed by her on
  April 7, 1997, to page 4 of the bill.

  Senator Vilsack offered amendment S-3321 filed by him on April
  1, 1997, to pages 4 and 17 of the bill, moved its adoption and
  requested a record roll call.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-3321 be adopted?" (H.F. 655)
  the vote was:

  were out of order.
