  1  3    #1.  Page 4, line 24, by striking the figure
  1  4 "150,000" and inserting the following:  "178,000".
  1  5    #2.  Page 17, by striking lines 22 through 25 and
  1  6 inserting the following:  "any fund, notwithstanding
  1  7 section 8.33.  Unobligated Of the unobligated funds
  1  8 remaining on June 30, 1997, the first $28,000 shall
  1  9 revert to the general fund of the state community
  1 10 development program of the department of economic
  1 11 development for purposes of Iowa's councils of
  1 12 governments and all remaining moneys shall revert to
  1 13 the strategic investment fund created in section
  1 14 15.313."
