  MADAM PRESIDENT: Pursuant to Senate Rule 59, I hereby request that the name
  of Ronald N. Langston to the State Transportation Commission be removed from
  the
  "En Bloc Confirmation Calendar'' and placed on the "Individual Confirmation
  Calendar."
