  Committee Business: Subcommittee amended, approved and submitted proposed
  appropriations bill to the full Appropriations committee.

  A communication was received announcing that on March 13, 1997,
  the governor approved and transmitted to the secretary of state the

  S.F. 160 ( Relating to funds held by life insurance companies and providing

  effective date.
