  compensation records, the voluntary shared work program, and workforce
  development services employees, and providing for an effective date.

  Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

  Schuerer and
  Zieman. Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 2: Dearden and Gettings.

  Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 393 (SSB 107), a bill for an act amending the
  uniform securities Act relating to the registration of securities and the
  registration of
  broker-dealers and agents, establishing fees, and providing an effective
  date.
