  road fund, and establishing a toll-free road and weather reporting system.

  Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

  Dvorsky,
  Freeman, Gronstal, Halvorson, Hammond, Hedge, Lind, Lundby, Maddox, McCoy,
  Neuhauser, Rensink, Rife, Rittmer, Tinsman and Vilsack. Nays, none. Absent
  or not
  voting, 3: D. Black, Horn and Jensen.

  Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

  *Pursuant to Senate Rule 40, the Legislative Service Bureau reported
  nonsubstantive changes to the members of the Appropriations Committee on
  Senate
  File 391 and they were attached to the committee report.

  BUSINESS AND LABOR

  Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 392 (SSB 201), a bill for an act relating to
  the
  individual income tax by extending the special method of computation of tax
  for value-
  added S corporation shareholders to all S corporation shareholders and
  eliminating
  the refund limitation and providing a retroactive applicability date
  provision.

  Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

  Final Vote: Ayes, 9: Rife, King, Behn, Freeman, Horn, Jensen, Palmer,
  Schuerer and
  Zieman. Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 2: Dearden and Gettings.
