  act relating to the state workers' compensation coverage for students
  participating in school-to-work programs and providing for related
  matters.

  Senate File 362, by committee on Natural Resources and
  Environment, a bill for an act establishing a wildlife depredation unit
  within the department of natural resources, allowing the discharge of
  firearms in state parks for certain purposes, providing for the
  issuance of additional free deer hunting licenses, subjecting violators
  to an existing penalty, and providing an effective date.

  Senate File 363, by committee on Transportation, a bill for an act
  establishing a senior citizen and disabled persons transportation pilot
  program in the state department of transportation, making an
  appropriation, and providing effective dates.

  Senate File 364, by committee on Education, a bill for an act
  increasing the amount of the tuition and textbook tax credit and
  providing an applicability date provision.

  Senate File 365, by committee on Judiciary, a bill for an act
  applying the death penalty or life imprisonment, by establishing the
  offense of capital murder, by providing a minimum age for imposition
  of a death sentence, by providing for review of death sentences, by
  providing for execution by lethal injection, by amending the rules of
  criminal procedure, and by providing for the Act's effectiveness and
  applicability.
