  AFTERNOON SESSION

  The Senate reconvened at 1:12 p.m., Senator Lind presiding.

  QUORUM CALL

  Senator Iverson requested a non record roll call to determine that a
  quorum was present.

  The vote revealed 44 present, 6 absent and a quorum present.

  President Kramer took the chair at 1:20 p.m.

  CONSIDERATION OF BUSINESS
  (Regular Calendar)

  Senate File 104

  On motion of Senator Rehberg, Senate File 104, a bill for an act
  relating to a minimum age requirement for a coaching authorization
  issued by the state board of educational examiners, was taken up for
  consideration.

  Senator Fink offered amendment S-3041 filed by him from the
  floor to page 1 of the bill, moved its adoption and requested a record
  roll call.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-3041 be adopted?" (S.F. 104)
  the vote was:
