  1  4 RELATING TO A MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR A COACHING AUTHORI-
  1  5    ZATION ISSUED BY THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATIONAL EXAMINERS
  1  6    AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

  1  8 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
  1  9 
  1 10    Section 1.  Section 272.31, subsection 1, Code 1997, is
  1 11 amended by adding the following new paragraph:
  1 12    NEW PARAGRAPH.  e.  Attainment of at least eighteen years
  1 13 of age.
  1 14    Sec. 2.  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act, being deemed of
  1 15 immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment.
