  Senate File 82

  On motion of Senator Rensink, Senate File 82, a bill for an act
  relating to energy conservation including making appropriations of
  petroleum overcharge funds, was taken up for consideration.

  Senator Vilsack offered amendment S-3039 filed by Senators
  Vilsack, et al., from the floor to page 1 of the bill and moved its
  adoption.

  A record roll call was requested.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-3039 be adopted?" (S.F. 82)
