Thomas of Clayton offered the following amendment H-1933, to the
committee amendment H-1866I, filed by him from the floor and
moved its adoption:

H-1933

 1     Amend the amendment, H-1866, to Senate File 549, as
 2   amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
 3   follows:
 4     1.  Page 5, by striking line 27 and inserting the
 5   following:  "256A.3.
 6     Sec. 200.  Section 256.9, Code 1997, is amended by
 7   adding the following new subsection:
 8     NEW SUBSECTION.  49.  Calculate, every two years,
 9   for purposes of the statement of account requirement
