Kremer of Buchanan called up for consideration House File 236, a bill for an act relating to eligibility for unemployment compensation benefits for temporary employees of a temporary employment firm, amended by the Senate, and moved that the House concur in the following Senate amendment H-1327: H-1327 1 Amend House File 236, as passed by the House, as 2 follows: 3 1. Page 1, line 12, by inserting after the word 4 "assignment" the following: "or the individual had 5 good cause for not contacting the temporary employment 6 firm within three working days and notified the firm 7 at the first reasonable opportunity thereafter".
