  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 12, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "assignment" the following:  "or the individual had
  1  5 good cause for not contacting the temporary employment
  1  6 firm within three working days and notified the firm
  1  7 at the first reasonable opportunity thereafter".
