2 1. Page 8, by inserting after line 24 the
3 following:
4 "f. All remaining moneys shall be used as
5 additional funding for child day care, JOBS program
6 benefits, and other direct services to persons
7 receiving family investment program assistance during
8 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1997."
