  1  4    "f.  All remaining moneys shall be used as
  1  5 additional funding for child day care, JOBS program
  1  6 benefits, and other direct services to persons
  1  7 receiving family investment program assistance during
  1  8 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1997."
