IMMEDIATE MESSAGE
Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent
that Senate File 391 be immediately messaged to the Senate.

Unfinished Business Calendar
House File 715, a bill for an act relating to appropriations for
the department of human services and the prevention of
disabilities policy council and including other provisions and
appropriations involving human services and health care, and
providing for effective and applicability dates, was taken up
for consideration.
The House stood at ease at 4:20 p.m., until the fall of the
gavel.
The House resumed session at 5:26 p.m., Van Fossen of Scott in
the chair.

Mr. Speaker: I am directed to inform your honorable body that
