Larson of Linn in the chair at 4:14 p.m. Unfinished Business Calendar House File 715, a bill for an act relating to appropriations for the department of human services and the prevention of disabilities policy council and including other provisions and appropriations involving human services and health care, and providing for effective and applicability dates, was taken up for consideration. The House stood at ease at 4:20 p.m., until the fall of the gavel. The House resumed session at 5:26 p.m., Van Fossen of Scott in the chair.
