Relating to certain franchise agreements by establishing a duty
of good faith, providing for alternative dispute resolution,
providing for venue and choice of law, and repealing existing
franchise provisions.

Relating to the membership of the county compensation board.

Relating to city civil service and providing an effective date.

Providing for the continued operation of the department of human
