providing for the establishment of a lien by licensed
professionals against damages collected by an injured patient.

House File 84, by Richardson, a bill for an act providing
that member contributions under certain public retirement
systems are considered employer contributions for state income
tax purposes, and providing applicability and effective date
provisions.

operator of a motor vehicle who caused a traffic accident in
which a fatality occurred to take an operator's examination to
