1 17 inserting the following: "combination of alcohol and
1 18 another drug, a urine sample shall be collected in
1 19 lieu of a blood sample, if the person is capable of
1 20 giving a urine sample and the sample can be collected
1 21 without the need to physically compel the execution of
1 22 the warrant."
