  1  1    Amend Senate File 2333 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 15 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "1.  "Age correction decibel level" means the
  1  5 decibel level determined for an employee based on
  1  6 standards adopted by the industrial commissioner which
  1  7 shall be consistent with tables adopted by the United
  1  8 States occupational safety and health administration
  1  9 that establish, for purposes of measuring hearing
  1 10 loss, age correction values in decibels for persons."
  1 11    #2.  Page 1, line 24, by striking the words "an
  1 12 average hearing level of twenty-five decibels" and
  1 13 inserting the following:  "the age correction decibel
  1 14 level for an employee".
  1 15    #3.  Page 1, line 25, by striking the words "five
  1 16 hundred,".
  1 17    #4.  Page 1, line 26, by striking the words "and
  1 18 three" and inserting the following:  "three".
  1 19    #5.  Page 1, line 26, by inserting after the word

  1 40 inserting the following:  "nonemployment sources of
  1 41 loss."
  1 42    #13.  Page 4, line 6, by striking the words
  1 43 "twenty-five decibels ANSI or ISO" and inserting the
  1 44 following:  "twenty-five decibels ANSI or ISO the age
  1 45 correction decibel level for the employee".
  1 46    #14.  Page 4, line 7, by striking the words "five
  1 47 hundred," and inserting the following:  "five
  1 48 hundred,".
  1 49    #15.  Page 4, line 7, by striking the words "and
  1 50 three" and inserting the following:  "and three".
