  1  1    Amend Senate File 533 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 28, line 1, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "training" the following:  "and personal protective
  1  4 equipment needs".
  1  5    #2.  Page 28, by striking lines 6 and 7 and
  1  6 inserting the following:  "cities and benefited fire
  1  7 districts.
  1  8    Of the moneys appropriated in this subsection, no
  1  9 more than fifty percent shall be used for the personal
  1 10 protective equipment needs of fire fighters."
