  1  1    Amend Senate File 417 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 23 through 26 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "and sufficiency of all
  1  4 bonds shall be determined by the county treasurer of
  1  5 the county of the extension district and upon the
  1  6 treasurer's approval endorsed on the bond shall be
  1  7 filed with the county".
