  1  1    Amend Senate File 329 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 4 through 12.
  1  3    #2.  Page 2, line 21, by striking the words
  1  4 "insured and insurer" and inserting the following:
  1  5 "insurer, the name of the insured".
  1  6    #3.  Page 2, by striking lines 28 and 29 and
  1  7 inserting the following:  "issued shall destroy the
  1  8 card."
  1  9    #4.  Page 13, by inserting after line 1 the
  1 10 following:
  1 11    "Sec. 101.  Section 805.8, subsection 2, Code 1997,
  1 12 is amended by adding the following new paragraph:
  1 13    NEW PARAGRAPH.  ad.  If, in connection with a motor
  1 14 vehicle accident, a person is charged and found guilty
  1 15 of a violation of section 321.20B, subsection 1, the
  1 16 scheduled fine is one hundred dollars."
  1 17    #5.  Page 13, line 4, by striking the letters "ad"
  1 18 and inserting the following:  "af".
  1 19    #6.  Page 13, by striking lines 9 through 15 and
  1 20 inserting the following:  "dollars."
  1 21    #7.  Page 13, by inserting after line 32 the
  1 22 following:
  1 23    "Sec. 102.  Section 805.8, subsection 2, paragraph
  1 24 "ad", as enacted by this Act, is amended by striking
  1 25 the paragraph effective July 1, 1999."
  1 26    #8.  Page 13, line 34, by striking the word and
  1 27 figure "through 15" and inserting the following:  ",
  1 28 101, and 102".
  1 29    #9.  Page 14, by inserting after line 15 the
  1 30 following:
  1 31    "Section 14 of this Act takes effect July 1, 1999."
  1 32    #10.  Page 14, line 18, by striking the word and
  1 33 figure "through 15" and inserting the following:  ",
  1 34 101, and 102".
  1 35    #11.  By renumbering as necessary.
