1 4 RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF PHYSICAL EXERCISE CLUBS.

1 6 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:

1 8 Section 1. Section 552.1, subsection 3, Code 1997, is
1 9 amended by adding the following new paragraph:
1 10 NEW PARAGRAPH. f. A facility owned and operated on a not-
1 11 for-profit basis by a person or a contractor of a person that
1 12 is operated solely for the purpose of serving employees of the
1 13 person, whether currently employed or retired, and family
1 14 members of employees.
