  1  1    Amend Senate File 2085 as passed by the Senate as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 18 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec. ___.  Section 321L.2A, Code Supplement 1997,
  1  6 is amended to read as follows:
  1  7    321L.2A  WHEELCHAIR LIFT WARNING PARKING CONE.
  1  8    The department shall, upon the request of a person
  1  9 issued a persons with disabilities parking permit
  1 10 under section 321L.2 who operates a motor vehicle with
  1 11 uses a wheelchair lift, shall provide the person with
  1 12 a traffic cone list of names and addresses of vendors
  1 13 who sell parking cones bearing the international
  1 14 symbol of accessibility and the words "wheelchair lift
  1 15 parking space".  The department shall adopt rules as
  1 16 necessary to implement administer this section."
  1 17    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
