1 3 #1. Page 2, by striking lines 6 and 7.
1 4 #2. Page 3, by striking lines 3 through 10 and
1 5 inserting the following:
1 6 ""(3) For the initial year of the pilot project,
1 7 the institution shall develop a report detailing the
1 8 items for which depreciation reimbursement funds would
1 9 have been utilized if the depreciation reimbursement
1 10 had been retained by the institution. This report
1 11 shall be included with the preliminary report
1 12 submitted pursuant to subparagraph (5) in January
1 13 1998.""
1 14 #3. Page 4, by striking lines 2 through 6, and
1 15 inserting the following:
1 16 "# . Page 48, line 28, by inserting after the
1 17 word "registered." the following: "The department
1 18 shall review the effects of providing a rate
1 19 reimbursement incentive on child day care availability
1 20 including but not limited to any change in the number
1 21 of providers who are registered and the effect on
1 22 access to providers in rural and urban areas. The
1 23 department shall report the findings of the review to
1 24 the general assembly on or before January 2, 1998.""
