  1  1    Amend House File 121 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. ___.  Section 135L.3, subsection 3, Code
  1  5 1997, is amended by adding the following new
  1  6 paragraph:
  1  7    NEW PARAGRAPH.  O.  A person who performs an
  1  8 abortion on a pregnant minor under this section shall
  1  9 maintain the confidentiality of the pregnant minor's
  1 10 medical file including any documents relating to the
  1 11 abortion, and shall only provide access to the
  1 12 pregnant minor's medical file to a health care
  1 13 provider providing medical services to the pregnant
  1 14 minor which necessitate access to the file and to any
  1 15 person for whom the pregnant minor requests access."
