  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 135L.2, subsection 5, Code
  1  5 1997, is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    5.  To the extent possible and at the discretion of
  1  7 the pregnant minor, the The person responsible for

  1  9 in the viewing of the video and in the receipt of
