  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1027, to House File 142 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 17, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "ammunition." the following:  "A person who is under
  1  5 sixteen years of age shall not hunt deer with a pistol
  1  6 or revolver unless the person is accompanied by a
  1  7 person who is at least eighteen years of age."
