    of Iowa Hawkeye Wrestling team for winning the National Collegiate
    Athletic Associations 1996 team championship, was taken up for
    consideration.

         Senator Dvorsky moved the adoption of Senate Concurrent Resolution
    123, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.



                          MOTION TO RECONSIDER ADOPTED

         Senator Lind called up the motion to reconsider House File 428
    filed by him on April 15, 1996, found on page 1390 of the Senate Journal
    and moved its adoption.

         On the question Shall the motion to reconsider be adopted? (H.F.
    428) the vote was:
