                      REPORT OF THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE

         MR. PRESIDENT: Pursuant to Senate Rule 21, I report that in
    enrolling Senate File 2208, the following correction was made:

         The Secretary of the Senate submitted the following report:

         MR. PRESIDENT: The Secretary of the Senate respectfully reports
    that the following bills have been enrolled, signed by the President of
    the Senate and the Speaker of the House, and presented to the Governor
    for his approval on this 15th day of April, 1996:

         Senate Files 482, 2375, 2269, 2208, 2381, 2438, 2171, 2071, 2123
    and 2204.

                            COMPANION BILLS RECEIVED

         On April 12, 1996, House File 2498 was received and attached to
    companion Senate File 2466 and House File 2453 was received and attached
    to companion Senate File 2407 on the Senate calendar.



                          BILLS SIGNED BY THE GOVERNOR

         Communications were received announcing that on April 15, 1996, the
    Governor approved and transmitted to the Secretary of State the
    following bills:

         SENATE FILE 2101 - Relating to the disbursement of the remaining
    funds in a nonguaranteed irrevocable burial trust fund following
    satisfaction of payment in accordance with an agreement for funeral
    merchandise and funeral services.

         SENATE FILE 2159 - Relating to evaluator licensing of educators.
