Senator Iverson withdrew amendment S-5306 filed by him on March 12,
1996, to page 1 of the bill.

The Senate resumed consideration of House File 428, a bill for an
act relating to the expenditure of moneys deposited in an E911 service,
deferred April 18, 1995.
Senator Flynn offered amendment S-5745 filed by Senators Flynn,
Connolly and Lind from the floor to strike everything after the enacting
clause and to the title page of the bill and moved its adoption.
