The appointee having received a two-thirds vote was declared to
have been confirmed by the Senate.
Senator Halvorson called up the appointment of Ruth A. Ohde as a
member of the Board of Mortuary Science Examiners, placed on the
Individual Confirmation Calendar on April 1, 1996, and found on page
1167 of the Senate Journal.
Senator Halvorson moved that the foregoing appointment be confirmed
by the Senate.

Senator Dearden moved that the foregoing appointment be confirmed
by the Senate.
