         The appointee having received a two-thirds vote was declared to
    have been confirmed by the Senate.

         Senator Lind called up the appointment of Jill M. Robinson as a
    member of the Board for the Licensing and Regulation of Hearing Aid
    Dealers, placed on the Individual Confirmation Calendar on April 1,
    1996, and found on page 1167 of the Senate Journal.

         Senator Lind moved that the foregoing appointment be confirmed by
    the Senate.
