         The appointee having received a two-thirds vote was declared to
    have been confirmed by the Senate.

         Senator Maddox called up the appointment of M. Sue Warner as a
    member of the Public Employees Relations Board, placed on the Individual
    Confirmation Calendar on March 25, 1996, and found on page 1027 of the
    Senate Journal.

         Senator Maddox moved that the foregoing appointment be confirmed by
    the Senate.
