         Senator Priebe offered amendment S-5685 filed by him from the floor
    to amendment S-5554.

         Senator Black called for a division of amendment S-5685: lines 3-12
    as division S-5685A and lines 13-22 as division S-5685B.

         Leaves of absence were granted as follows:

         Senator Boettger for the remainder of the day on request of Senator
    Jensen and Senator Rife for the remainder of the day on his request.
