    House File 2383

         The Senate resumed consideration of House File 2383 and amendment
    S-5676, previously deferred.

         Senator Lind moved the adoption of amendment S-5676 and requested a
    record roll call.

         On the question Shall amendment S-5676 be adopted? (H.F. 2383) the
    vote was:

         Rule 23, requiring all Senators present to vote except those who
    express a conflict of interest, was invoked.
