                          BILLS SIGNED BY THE GOVERNOR

         Communications were received announcing that on April 2, 1996, the
    Governor approved and transmitted to the Secretary of State the
    following bills:

         SENATE FILE 73 - Requiring licensure of certain social workers,
    providing an effective date, imposing fees, and making penalties
    applicable.

         SENATE FILE 2013 - Requiring the licensure of respiratory care
    therapists and creating a board for respiratory care practitioners.

         SENATE FILE 2035 - Relating to the control and eradication of
    eurasian milfoil and establishing a penalty.

         SENATE FILE 2080 - Relating to nonsubstantive code corrections, and
    providing effective and retroactive applicability dates.

         SENATE FILE 2122 - Relating to unclaimed property held by the
    state, fraudulent practices to obtain the property, and establishing a
    penalty.

         SENATE FILE 2127 - Relating to the confidentiality of social
    security numbers of the owners of unclaimed property.
