    pools, and amendment S-5117 as amended by the committee on Human
    Resources to page 1 of the bill, previously deferred.

         Senator Husak filed the following motion to reconsider from the
    floor and moved its adoption:

         MR. PRESIDENT: I move to reconsider the vote by which amendment
    S-5530 to amendment S-5117 to House File 111 was adopted by the Senate
    on March 26, 1996.

         The motion prevailed by a voice vote and amendment S-5530 by
    Senator Neuhauser to amendment S-5117 was taken up for reconsideration.

         Senator Husak asked and received unanimous consent that action  on
    amendment S-5530 to amendment S-5117 be deferred.

         Senator Husak offered amendment S-5548 filed by him from the floor
    to amendment S-5117 and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-5548 was adopted by a voice vote.

         With the adoption of amendment S-5548, the Chair ruled amendment
    S-5530 by Senator Neuhauser to amendment S-5117, previously deferred,
    out of order.

         Senator Hansen moved the adoption of amendment S-5117 as amended.

         A record roll call was requested.

         On the question Shall amendment S-5117 as amended be adopted? (H.F.
    111) the vote was:
