House File 2316
On motion of Senator Bisignano, House File 2316, a bill for an act
relating to sex offenses, including enticing away a child and sentences
for persons convicted of sexually predatory offenses, with report of
committee recommending amendment and passage, was taken up for
consideration.
Senator Bisignano offered amendment S-5502 filed by the committee
on Judiciary on March 21, 1996, to page 3 of the bill and moved its
adoption.
