On motion of Senator Gettings, House File 2001, a bill for an act
extending an exemption from federal motor carrier safety regulations for
medically unqualified drivers and providing an effective date, with
report of committee recommending passage, was taken up for
consideration.
Senator Gettings moved that the bill be read the last time now and
placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
bill was read the last time.

relating to legal publications and related products prepared and

committee recommending amendment and passage, was taken up for
consideration.
