         Senator Hansen offered amendment S-5117 filed by the committee on
    Human Resources on February 26, 1996, to page 1 of the bill.

         Senator Neuhauser offered amendment S-5530 filed by her on March
    25, 1996, to amendment S-5117 and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-5530 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Husak asked and received unanimous consent that action  on
    amendment S-5117 as amended and House File 111 be deferred.

    House File 2202

         On motion of Senator Halvorson, House File 2202, a bill for an act
    relating to permissible acts related to real estate sales, exchanges,
    purchases, rentals, leases, or advertising by licensees and
    nonlicensees, with report of committee recommending passage, was taken
    up for consideration.

         Senator Halvorson moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.
