         The Chair ruled amendment S-5512 filed by Senator Fraise from the
    floor to amendment S-5465, out of order.

         Leave of absence was granted as follows:

         The Senate resumed consideration of House File 2472.

         Senator Fraise moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.
