The motion prevailed.
Senator Murphy moved to reconsider the vote by which House File
2472 went to its last reading, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.
The motions to reconsider the vote by which House File 2472 failed
to pass the Senate on March 21, 1996, filed by Senators Bartz and
Redfern on March 21, 1996, and found on page 981 of the Senate Journal,
were out of order.
President Boswell took the chair at 3:48 p.m.
House File 2472
On motion of Senator Fraise, House File 2472, a bill for an act
relating to and making appropriations to the justice system and
providing effective dates, was taken up for reconsideration.
The Senate stood at ease at 3:49 p.m. until the fall of the gavel
for the purpose of a party caucus.
The Senate resumed session at 4:05 p.m., President Boswell
presiding.
