    Final Vote: Ayes, 13: Deluhery, Hansen, Jensen, Bartz, Douglas, Freeman,
    Gettings, Gronstal, Hedge, Husak, Palmer, Priebe and Redfern. Nays,
    none. Absent or not voting, 2: Bisignano and Flynn.

    JUDICIARY

    Final Bill Action: HOUSE FILE 2081, a bill for an act relating to
    legalizing official acts performed by notaries public more than ten
    years earlier.

    Recommendation: DO PASS.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 12: Giannetto, Vilsack, McKean, Bartz, Bisignano,
    Boettger, Fraise, Halvorson, Hansen, Maddox, Neuhauser and Redfern.
    Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 3: Drake, Hammond and Szymoniak.

    ALSO:
