         On motion of Senator Halvorson, Senate File 2104, a bill for an act
    relating to state employee disclosures of information and making
    penalties applicable, was taken up for reconsideration.

         Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent that action  on
    Senate File 2104 be deferred.
