Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent to take up for
consideration Senate Resolution 107.
Senate Resolution 107
On motion of Senator Sorensen, Senate Resolution 107, a senate
resolution requesting the House of Representatives to override the
Governors item veto of certain provisions of House File 2114, was taken
up for consideration.
(Action on Senate Resolution 107 was deferred.)
BILL ASSIGNED TO COMMITTEE
President Boswell announced that House File 2369 was assigned to
the committee on Commerce.
The Senate stood at ease at 3:52 p.m. until the fall of the gavel
for the purpose of a party caucus.
The Senate resumed session at 4:20 p.m., President Boswell
presiding.
BUSINESS PENDING
Senate Resolution 107
The Senate resumed consideration of Senate Resolution 107,
previously deferred.
Senator Lind asked and received unanimous consent that action on
Senate Resolution 107 be deferred.
MOTION TO RECONSIDER ADOPTED
Senator Lind called up the motion to reconsider Senate File 2104
filed by him on March 4, 1996, found on page 599 of the Senate Journal
and moved its adoption.
