    from the floor to pages 6 and 7 of amendment S-5427.

         The Senate resumed consideration of House File 2477.

         Senator Iverson moved the adoption of amendment S-5476 to amendment
    S-5427.

         A record roll call was requested.

         On the question Shall amendment S-5476 to amendment S-5427 be
    adopted? (H.F. 2477) the vote was:

         Rule 23, requiring all Senators present to vote except those who
    express a conflict of interest, was invoked.
